These Moms and Kittens Need Your Help
Recently, six sweet ladies arrived into our care from a distressing situation where there were too many cats in one household.
The four mamas, 14 kittens and two pregnant moms-to-be were covered in fleas and malnourished.
Volunteers and our Operations Centre staff spent a whole day removing all the fleas from the cats and kittens, many of which are covered in scabs and sores.
Despite all their hardships, the cats are all very friendly and just want love and attention.
Each year we rescue more than 100 moms, many with stories just like these ladies.
So many fleas!
Not to mention all the kittens - last year alone we rescued more than 750 kittens, and we're sure this year will be no exception. As a volunteer-driven non-profit, we wouldn't be able to save all of these babies without your help.
All the cats and kittens in our care have a chance at a happy, safe and healthy life. Mama cats are worry free and their kittens will grown up without a care in the world. But this does come at a cost and we need your help.
